Still, most of us locals didn’t have a chance to give a final farewell to the following establishments: While many businesses hope to take a wait-and-see approach before they can safely reopen, there are just as many others eager to say they’re back in business. But some of the city’s most notable eating and drinking establishments won’t be open to welcome Bostonians back. Overall, the service is a bit slow as sometimes the servers would be talking amongst themselves but other than that it was a fun experience.As Boston has grappled with a public health emergency coupled with myriad restrictions, local restaurants and bars of all stripes have tried to combat the challenges of 2020. I might've burnt a marshmallow or two but it was fun. I was a bit unsure about the fire but my friend and I had fun roasting stuff over it. The strawberries were a bit sour but it was okay cause we dipped them in chocolate. To end off the night we got the Classic European Fondue with milk and dark chocolate and toffee. The cheese was crispy and baked, and the mac wasn't too hard nor too soft. We ordered the Mac and cheese (with bacon) to share and was confused when the ketchup came on the side but it was still pretty good. The frozen Italian hot chocolate was good, a little too sweet but good nonetheless and the bourbon praline, I couldn't the toffee or the ice cream but I did taste the bourbon and the chocolate. We went on a Thursday night around 10pm, and started with two drinks Bourbon Praline and the Frozen Italian Thick Hot Chocolate and it took a while but it was also a bit busy so it was understandable.
